• Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are shipped via US Priority Mail, which takes approximately 2- 3 business days for domestic shipments and 10-14 business days for international shipments. If you wish to have your order shipped via another method, please email us right away at info@greatlandlaser.com. At this time, Greatland Laser ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Greatland Laser ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico and select other international locations. Due to government regulations prohibiting the shipment of lithium batteries internationally via air, the CR123 ltihium willnot be included with the Green Rescue Laser Flare or the Rescue Laser Light on international orders. 

  The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Please see our list of Authorized Dealers for shipments to other countries.




• International

• Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

  Due to government regulations prohibiting the shipment of lithium batteries internationally via air, the CR123 ltihium willnot be included with the Green Rescue Laser Flare or the Rescue Laser Light on international orders. 

  Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Greatland Laser is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.




• Warranties

• Rescue Laser Light Limited Lifetime Warranty,
  Rescue Laser Flare® Magnum Limited Lifetime Warranty, and
  Green Rescue Laser Flare® 180 Day Warranty:

  Greatland Laser, LLC (Greatland) warrants to the original registered owner that this product is free from defects in parts and workmanship for the life of that owner (180 days for the Green Rescue Laser Flare®). To qualify for this warranty you must complete and return to Greatland the printed warranty registration form. Greatland or an authorized Greatland service provider will repair the product or, at its option, replace a defective Rescue Laser or any component thereof free of charge. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties and conditions, express or implied.

  EXCLUSIONS: This warranty does not cover any of the following: 1. Battery exhaustion; 2. Battery leakage; 3. Lens damage; 4. Damage to or failure of the Rescue Laser or any component thereof due to alteration, misuse, battery leakage or lack of maintenance.

  GREATLAND DISCLAIMS ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES: Under no circumstances is Greatland Laser, LLC, its officers, employees, agents or affiliates, liable for any loss, damage, or expenses of any kind arising out of the use or inability to use this product. Some jurisdictions in Canada and the United States do not allow exclusion or limitation of implied warranties, incidental or consequential damages and/or imitations on transferability, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.

  HOW AND WHEN TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM: 1. In case of battery exhaustion, do not return the Rescue Laser to Greatland but replace the battery. You can purchase replacement batteries from most retail outlets where photo batteries are sold. 2. If the Rescue Laser has been damaged by leakage of batteries, do not return the Rescue Laser to Greatland but determine what brand of battery caused the damage and follow the battery manufacturer's instructions about how to make a damage claim. 3. For warranty returns: Send the Rescue Laser Flare (postage or shipping prepaid) to:

  In Canada and the United States this warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state and from province to province. Where any term of this warranty is prohibited by the law of any jurisdiction, such term shall there be null and void, but the remainder of this warranty shall remain in full force and effect.




• Return Policy

• You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 10 days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus shipping charges.  We will also be glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value.  We will only issue a refund to the credit card used at the time of checkout.  To initiate a refund or exchange please contact us at info@greatlandlaser.com or call toll free iin the USA 1-866-889-3425.  Outside USA, call 1-907-245-4475.
